How a Daman Game run plays out
- 1
Peek
Every card shows its face for a moment and the clock waits. Read the board like a sentence, row by row.
- 2
Match
Turn two cards. Same shape: they leave the board and the clock gains two seconds. Different: both flip back.
- 3
Chain
Matches in a row lift the multiplier from ×1 to ×5. From ×3 upward each match is worth three seconds.
- 4
Shrink
When the cards left fit a smaller grid, the board closes up in reading order. Clear it for a bonus and a new round.
Full details, including the round bonus, are in the Flip Pairs rulebook.
About the game
What is Daman Game?
Daman Game is a browser memory game built around one idea: you should be able to open a page and be playing three seconds later. There is no lobby, no tutorial wall and no form to fill in. The cards are dealt, you get a peek, and the rest is your memory against the clock.
The game on this site is called Flip Pairs. It borrows the oldest card game children learn, matching pairs face down, and adds three twists that make it a proper test for adults: a clock that only matches can refill, a combo that rewards clean streaks, and a board that keeps shrinking as you clear it. Those three rules are why a good Daman Game run feels different from the matching games you may have played before.
Everything happens on your own device. Your best score, your furthest round and your practice records sit in the browser's local storage, not on a server. That is also why the site never asks for a phone number or a password: there is no account to protect.
Why people play Daman Games online
Short sessions are the point. A run fits in a tea break, on a bus stop bench or between two meetings, and it stops the moment the clock reaches zero. Memory games are also a calm kind of challenge: no reflex tests, no shouting opponents, just you noticing more each time.
- Quick to learn. If you can turn two cards you can play; the shrink and the combo explain themselves after one round.
- Hard to master. Rounds grow from 12 to 30 cards and the peek gets shorter each round.
- Fair. No random penalties and no paid boosts. The same rules apply to every player on every device.

The signature rule
A board that shrinks in reading order
Most memory games leave holes where pairs used to be. In Daman Game the holes only last until the cards left fit a smaller grid; then the board closes up. A card can jump to a new row, but its place in the line never changes. Players who remember “the moon was third after the star” sail through a shrink. Players who only remembered the spot have to look again.
16 cards → 12 → 9: the order stays, the grid gets smaller.
Combo ladder
Streaks pay up to five times
Each match in a row raises the multiplier by one. A single miss drops it back to the start, so the combo is where careful play and fast play meet.
- 20×1first match
- 40×2two in a row
- 60×3+3 s per match
- 80×4keep going

Daman Game is plain web technology: no plug-in, no app store, no special graphics card. It has been tested on narrow phones and wide monitors, with touch, mouse and keyboard. Older phones run it smoothly too, because the board is a handful of buttons rather than a heavy game engine.

FAQ
Daman Game questions, answered
Is Daman Game free to play?
Yes. Every run, every practice board and the player card cost nothing. There is no shop, no paid tier and no advert that unlocks anything. The score is the only thing you take away.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Daman Game runs on this web page in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or Samsung Internet. If you want an icon on your phone, use Add to Home screen; it is still the same page, just opened full screen.
How long does a Flip Pairs run last?
The clock starts at 45 seconds and every match adds two or three more, so most first runs end in one to three minutes. A strong player who keeps a combo going can stay alive well past round five.
What happens when the board shrinks?
Once enough pairs are gone, the cards close up into a smaller grid. They keep their reading order, left to right and top to bottom, so if you remember the order you have not lost anything.
Where is my best score kept?
In your own browser storage on this device. Clear site data and it is gone. To carry it to a new phone, make a player card on the login page and copy the player code across.
Can you win anything by playing?
Only bragging rights. Daman Games on this site are played for fun and for a personal best. Scores have no cash value and cannot be swapped for anything.
